Join our client, a luxury haircare brand, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to their global expansion. Working fully remote, you will spearhead outbound outreach to identify and engage new international and domestic distributors. Your responsibilities include researching prospects, crafting personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email, qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and managing the CRM pipeline. Success in this role is measured by a strong pipeline of qualified leads, effective outreach campaigns, and seamless lead handoff to the Partnerships team. This is a top-of-funnel role crucial for the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales or outreach and strong writing skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 1+ years in B2B sales or outreach roles
- Strong writing skills and attention to personalization
- CRM proficiency
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and organized
