Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Significant experience in federal markets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing automation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and generate sales-ready opportunities
  • Research accounts and build relationships with key players
  • Achieve qualified opportunity quotas
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for lead management and reporting
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and materials
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Track and report on outreach effectiveness
