Join The Mobility House (TMH) as a Business Development Representative and drive the adoption of our charging management system among fleet operators transitioning to electric vehicles. You will design and implement lead generation strategies, work with sales and marketing teams, build automated operational processes, contact sales leads, and use data analytics to improve performance. More important than prior experience is a flexible, resilient, and relentless approach to achieving results. This role offers growth opportunities, exposure to leadership, and involvement in cutting-edge vehicle-grid integration. The position requires a focused and independent drive for results, fearlessness in outreach, and a creative approach to content creation. Legal resident of Canada, able to work without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Design & implement lead generation, qualification, and nurture strategies to convert opportunities from warm leads, key accounts, and dormant contacts
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow opportunities at the top and middle of the sales funnel
- Build and execute automated operational processes in Hubspot and Salesforce, using the latest machine learning tools to create efficiencies at scale
- Contact sales leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other methods to gauge interest and urgency
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of lead pipeline efforts
- A focused and independent drive for results, strategically using a variety of tools
- Fearlessness in outreach, with the ability to ask the right questions
- Creative approach to crafting strategically persuasive content journeys
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success of consistently meeting outbound sales goals (calls, email campaigns, social media)
- Experience or relevant degree in energy, automotive, EV, SaaS, energy or charging space
- Experience organizing data, producing reports and developing automations in Hubspot or Salesforce
- Deep understanding of the differences in customer and partner needs, for each business segment and stage we operate in
