Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience performing in a high-volume, outbound sales role
- Demonstrated track record of high achievement and a strong desire to exceed measurable performance goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone and email
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong research skills and ability to interpret research into insightful recommendations
- Must be a self-starter
- Interest in the education market
- Strong organizational skills and ability to structure and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to grow and win
- The technical aptitude to master our sales tools and naturally curious
- Proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
Responsibilities
- Execute high volume of email and phone outreach to schedule sales calls with prospective customers for sales team
- Develop compelling messaging sequences and scripts for effective conversion of outreach to interest
- Qualify inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, direct sales, and referrals
- Leverage Hubspot CRM and other tools to optimize outreach and engagement of prospective customers
- Work closely and collaboratively with sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Work internally with marketing and sales management to ensure proper quality and quantity of discovery calls
- Creatively overcome challenges related to customer objections and conversion barriers
