Summary

Uptalent.io is seeking a proactive and results-driven BDR to lead business development initiatives, expand client base, and foster strategic partnerships. Success will be measured by achieving or exceeding lead generation targets, developing strategic partnerships, contributing to sales targets, maintaining high client satisfaction, and effective relationship management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, use various channels to generate leads, conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos
  • Partnership Development: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and industry influencers to enhance Uptalent.io’s market presence
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software, track and report on sales metrics
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Uptalent.io’s services, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, contribute to the development of business development strategies
  • Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders, provide support and insights to colleagues
