Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or Prospecting or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Outstanding copywriting skills
  • Experience with social selling; asset
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business, primarily through telephone and email communication
  • Work in collaboration with the existing Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team and Account Executive (AE) Team to convert leads into opportunities
  • Curate and iterate on outreach practices and messaging
  • Quickly own Officevibe’s value proposition, understand HR tech and the Microsoft ecosystem, and the IT industry prospects needs
  • Efficiently manage new and open leads in your pipeline & prioritize activity based on CRM data
  • Qualify potential clients by asking the right questions and taking an interest in their reality, needs, and difficulties
  • Create an excellent first impression for our potential clients by ensuring an overall experience worthy of an international company
  • Constantly improve our sales process to increase the number of sales conversations and sales opportunities and thus exceed the established objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (French and English) : asset
  • Ability to drive demands and engage cold leads
