Summary

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a similar BDR, SDR, or sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR tech
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers effectively
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting and outreach

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and engage with potential clients
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads by assessing their needs, goals, and alignment with WorkMotion’s services
  • Maintain and develop a steady flow of qualified leads through targeted outreach and follow-ups to support revenue growth
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Campaign Managers to optimize lead targeting, prioritize accounts, and facilitate smooth handoffs
  • Track and update activities, contact information, and pipeline progress in the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and reporting
  • Share valuable insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to improve strategies and offerings
