  • Proficient in Salesforce with a strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection ( at least 50 Mbps ). Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results
  • Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings for the Account Management team
  • Maintain and manage activity in our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring all prospecting notes and interactions are accurately captured and organized
  • Completing email and calling tasks using our sales engagement platform (Outreach)
  • Tailor communication to align with customer needs by gaining a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with Workstream’s latest products and effectively communicate their value to our customers
  • Engage with current customers and prospects through proactive calls and emails
  • Work closely with the Sales team to enhance the effectiveness and quality of outreach and customer communications

Preferred Qualifications

Prior sales experience preferred, ideally in tech sales development
