You will spearhead the development and execution of outreach strategies to potential members through various channels, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams. This role involves leading generation efforts, building relationships with self-employed entrepreneurs, and providing valuable feedback to improve products and services. You will ensure exceptional member experience and partner with the Marketing team on strategic initiatives. Requirements
- A testing mentality and desire to hustle and move quickly – you love challenges and want to learn and grow!
- Exceptional customer service, meeting/phone presence, writing, and time management skills
- Desire to learn sales pipeline management, and generally love for a sales organization in a tech business
- Experience working a pipeline across multiple touchpoints leveraging, A/B testing, etc. (Salesforce and HVS experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel and other relevant software technologies
- Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient, with a “get the job done” demeanor
- Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
Responsibilities
- Lead generation of inbound and outbound sales efforts to develop a sales pipeline
- Develop relationships, become a self-employed business expert, and ultimately bring in new members
- Calls with self-employed entrepreneurs where you’ll articulate Collective’s unique value proposition in relation to that customer
- Problem solve: provide feedback and recommendations that improve our products, services and position in the competitive marketplace
- Member experience – ensure all prospective Members are provided with the service of a 24-hour response time as well as creating strategies to surprise and delight throughout the outbound process
- Partner with the Marketing team on GTM strategies, vertical strategy, and provide insight from your daily conversations with prospective members
- Perform other essential duties as assigned
