Summary
Join Henry Schein One as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to generating and expanding a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. You will be responsible for booking meetings for account executives, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving monthly booking targets. This remote position within the United States requires 2-4 years of B2B sales experience and excellent communication skills. You will prospect, educate, and qualify leads, research accounts, and engage with clients to identify opportunities. Collaboration with sales managers and other departments is essential. Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B sales
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Phone experience and/or ability to work with Dental Customers/Prospects
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Self-starter and team player
- Driven to meet and surpass goals/targets
- Can handle high volumes of calls and outbound calling
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
- General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
- Basic planning/organizational and problem solving skills and techniques
Responsibilities
- Prospect, educate, and qualify leads within an assigned, dedicated territory within specific markets to generate sales-ready opportunities via telephone & email communications, and to achieve monthly booking targets
- Research accounts, identify key players, specific pain-points and generate interest to stimulate opportunity
- Consistently achieve opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
- Engage directly with clients to identify opportunity to expand their product portfolio
- Engage with cross-functional departments such as demand generation, as well as dedicated Account Executive partners
- Collaborate strategically with Sales Managers to generate targeted Outbound campaigns that align to long-term business objectives
- Proficiently follow & track detailed processes
- Stay up to date with the market and competitor knowledge
- Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
- Provide constructive, closed-loop feedback
- Confidently overcome common sales objections to have compelling sales conversations
- Understand, internalize and be able articulate the value of HSOne's Products & Technology Solutions
- Communicate relatively complex ideas so they are easily understood with clarity and confidence
Preferred Qualifications
- Past SaaS dental experience
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field
- Knowledge or interest in the Dental industry and HS One software portfolio
- Knowledge of CRM solutions (Salesforce, Siebel, etc.)
