Requirements

• Must be personable and highly organized with a strong work ethic
• Confidence and passion must be projected through communications
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection with ease
• Visual and typing skills to perform data entry
• Basic computer skills and ability to proficiently use software programs utilized by the company including Auto Dialer – Ring Central, Database, and CRM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for business-to-business telemarketing, prospecting and appointment setting
• Develops and maintains a database of potential customers
• Makes a minimum of (200) Dials per Day
• Sets a minimum of (5) initial appointments for Account Manager’s weekly
• Other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management
