Business Development Senior Manager

Summary

Join iSpot.tv, a Seattle-based start-up, as a Business Development Programmatic Pod member. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing day-to-day strategic guidance and support across iSpot's product suite. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in working in a client-facing role with mid to senior level personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Advertising measurement/attribution experience preferred
• Deep understanding of media planning, media buying, advertising technology, and digital media with an emphasis on linear TV, OTT/Streaming and Addressable
• Experience working for, or with, media agencies preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• You will be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts providing day-to-day strategic guidance and support across iSpot's product suite
• Project Management - Utilize 3+ years of experience in a high-volume work environment, ideally within the TV/media industry, to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Cross Department Collaboration: including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Custom Analytics, etc. as a client advocate to ensure resolution and delivery on requests
• Documentation and Reporting: Scope and document assigned projects, providing regular report-outs to the team on project progress
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients and prospects to understand their measurement goals and how our solutions best meet their needs
• Follow Through: Work efficiently and effectively, equally as part of a team and independently, to resolve client requests and inquiries
