Join CRAFTSMAN+ as a Business Development Specialist to support sales pipeline growth and drive strategic growth across key accounts. You will be the right hand to sales leadership, owning deal backend, streamlining workflows, and ensuring faster, smarter processes. Success in this role demands a system-minded approach, strong commercial instincts, and a passion for process improvement. You will support sales stakeholders on deals, manage the CRM, forecast sales metrics, understand SaaS platforms, coordinate meetings, draft follow-up materials, partner with sales on pitches, conduct account research, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement process improvements. The role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong commercial instinct and a passion for process.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, revenue operations, or sales support (ideally at a tech, media, or creative company)
- Strong attention to detail and a love for systems and organization
- CRM experience and confidence working with pipeline and sales data (HubSpot or similar)
- Clear, concise communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A genuine interest in mobile marketing, creative strategy, or ad tech
Responsibilities
- Support the main sales stakeholder on a pipeline of in-progress and upcoming deals
- Own the day-to-day management of our CRM (HubSpot/Monday)—tracking opportunities, updating notes, and monitoring KPIs
- Forecast and track key sales metrics to ensure pipeline accuracy and visibility
- Develop a strong understanding of our SaaS platform and managed service offerings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, strategy sessions, and client-facing check-ins
- Draft and send follow-up emails, recap notes, and tailored materials that move deals forward
- Partner with sales to brainstorm, prep decks, and curate supporting examples for pitches
- Conduct account research, track leads, and support outreach initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure alignment and momentum
- Identify and implement process improvements across sales operations—drip campaigns, reporting, documentation, and beyond
