Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry
- Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations both domestically and internationally
- Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Experience with market research, analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business development tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the staffing and recruitment sector
- Identify new market opportunities and design strategies for expansion into domestic and global markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Lead client negotiations and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in both domestic and international markets
- Utilize market insights to inform business development strategies and decision-making
- Ability to provide market intelligence
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing 360 consulting team
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, ensuring team members achieve their individual and collective goals
- Develop and execute strategies for entering and expanding in new international markets
- Navigate regulatory requirements and cultural nuances to successfully establish and grow operations overseas
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance service offerings and market reach
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into overall business strategy
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the business development function
