Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations both domestically and internationally
  • Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Experience with market research, analysis, and competitive intelligence
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business development tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the staffing and recruitment sector
  • Identify new market opportunities and design strategies for expansion into domestic and global markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Lead client negotiations and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in both domestic and international markets
  • Utilize market insights to inform business development strategies and decision-making
  • Ability to provide market intelligence
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing 360 consulting team
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, ensuring team members achieve their individual and collective goals
  • Develop and execute strategies for entering and expanding in new international markets
  • Navigate regulatory requirements and cultural nuances to successfully establish and grow operations overseas
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance service offerings and market reach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into overall business strategy
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the business development function
