Business Expansion Manager

Summary

Join AUTO1 Group's People Department as a Business Expansion Manager and play a key role in supporting the People Growth Plan. Partner with Production and Purchasing teams to develop diverse talent pools, deploy scalable recruitment initiatives, and track recruitment KPIs. Lead market reviews, enhance sourcing processes, and contribute to the company's international growth. This role requires a proven track record in talent acquisition, a business degree, and fluency in English. Requirements

• Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in a scale-up environment, with strong expertise in talent acquisition and people operations
• Degree from a business school or equivalent, showcasing a strong foundation in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration
• Quick decision-making and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Partner with Production and Purchasing teams to develop diverse talent pools, including international and relocation agency sources, to meet headcount goals
• Deploy scalable recruitment initiatives aligned with business growth while ensuring cost efficiency
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, improving funnel efficiency and reducing costs per hire
• Lead regular market reviews with stakeholders to assess progress and drive actionable solutions
• Enhance sourcing capacity and processes to support international growth and operational needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations is highly advantageous
• German language skills are a strong plus
