Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building high-performing Account Management teams in high-growth, complex SaaS environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical abilities, with the capability to leverage data to drive growth opportunities at both the individual customer level and across broader cohorts
- Intellectual curiosity to learn the product deeply and understand the core drivers of business performance for customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8 Account Managers across the EMEA region within our Mid-Market (MM) segment
- Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with a strong drive to learn and grow
- Foster a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coach, manage, and develop Account Managers with a focus on continuous learning and closing skill gaps
- Develop scalable processes to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team
- Proactively monitor the sales pipeline, team activity, and forecasts to adjust strategies as needed
- Report to the Head of Mid-Market and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business performance by analyzing KPIs, identifying root causes, and providing recommendations to either double down or course correct as necessary
