Requirements
- Must possess good prospecting and negotiation skills
- Able to confidently communicate and present in English and local dialect to clients across all position levels
- Highly committed and resilient when faced with challenges
- Has the initiative and capacity to thrive in an ever-evolving environment
- At least 2 years of working in business development for B2B high value accounts
Responsibilities
- Focus on leads generation, prospecting, product presentation, negotiation to convert new high value business
- Conduct extensive and in-depth account profiling through research and probing to support the objective of corporate clients
- Conduct client visits majority of the time in the assigned territory
- Develop and effectively execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Prepare and analyze sales performance tools and reports, including trends analysis to monitor and improve sales results
