Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems using SQL, Looker, and other languages or BI tools to generate actionable insights
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, partnering with analysts and product teams across the company to continuously optimize our processes
• Design and implement scalable and insightful data and analytics solutions that help to improve decision making
• Establish and maintain best practices for A/B testing
• Deliver key business insights to senior leaders and the board of directors to help optimize business performance and influence strategy
• Help lead and define the vision and strategy of the BI department
• Hire, train, supervise, mentor, and review work of BI analysts and managers
• Support career growth within the department to help retain and attract top talent
• Manage and oversee the responsibilities of BI department members, maximizing the team’s productivity and impact on the business
