Responsibilities

  • Lead NetSuite's administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement, particularly for inventory management, order-to-cash processes, and financial integrations
  • Oversee Salesforce's development, customization, and integration, working closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) to identify and implement solutions that optimize business processes and improve system performance
  • Manage and mentor a team of business systems analysts and administrators, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment
  • Drive the development and execution of system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader strategies
  • Monitor system performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement best practices for system security and uptime
  • Lead and manage projects related to system implementations, enhancements, and migrations, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management
  • Provide executive-level reporting on system performance, project progress, and critical metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite Advanced Inventory, SuiteScript, or SuiteFlow
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus
  • Knowledge of other business systems such as Looker, Jira, or Zendesk is a plus

About the Role We seek an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Systems to lead our core business systems’ development, management, and optimization, focusing on NetSuite and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in NetSuite, especially in inventory management, and deep knowledge of Salesforce. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the systems align with business objectives, drive efficiencies, and scale with company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NetSuite’s administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement, particularly for inventory management, order-to-cash processes, and financial integrations.
