Associate Director, Business Systems

Requirements

• Experience managing business systems with a primary focus on NetSuite and Salesforce
• Extensive experience with NetSuite, specifically in inventory management, financial modules, and integrations with third-party systems
• Strong background in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration with other business systems
• Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead a cross-functional team
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives
• Experience in the venture-backed/startup/tech space, with a track record of being agile

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite's administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement, particularly for inventory management, order-to-cash processes, and financial integrations
• Oversee Salesforce's development, customization, and integration, working closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) to identify and implement solutions that optimize business processes and improve system performance
• Manage and mentor a team of business systems analysts and administrators, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment
• Drive the development and execution of system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader strategies
• Monitor system performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement best practices for system security and uptime
• Lead and manage projects related to system implementations, enhancements, and migrations, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management
• Provide executive-level reporting on system performance, project progress, and critical metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite Advanced Inventory, SuiteScript, or SuiteFlow
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus
• Knowledge of other business systems such as Looker, Jira, or Zendesk is a plus
