Business Intelligence Lead Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology and Computer Science
• Proven ability to lead and manage BI projects from inception to completion
• Proficient hands-on experience with Power BI and Fabric
• Solid SQL experience, demonstrating the ability to create and maintain tables and views, with an understanding of SQL best practices for query performance
• Familiarity with ETL tools
• Experience analyzing large datasets using tools like Presto (preferred) to extract actionable insights
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions such Azure or AWS
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, Fabric, and other relevant tools
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored BI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines
• Implement best practices for data visualization and reporting to ensure clarity and usability
• Analyze large datasets using tools like Presto (preferred) to extract actionable insights
• Ensure data security and compliance with company and industry standards
• Continuously monitor and optimize BI systems for performance and scalability
• Utilize Azure DevOps (preferred) for project management, continuous integration, and delivery of BI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python is a plus
• Tableau, Looker, or Google Analytics experience are nice to have as additional tools
