Summary

Join our team as a Business Manager and provide extensive support for the North American Chief Operating Officer. This role includes carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks while acting as a liaison between team members and leadership.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and foster collaboration across teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • A forward-thinking approach with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation within the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Lead the rollout of major initiatives, including strategy and communications
  • Develop and implement technology-driven solutions to optimize the project portfolio and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage the rhythm of the business, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Analyze data requirements, build dashboards and data models to support data analytics and performance insights for our business
  • Publish a monthly update (RoB) of key activities and achievements for leadership
  • Coordinate Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and facilitate connections, both planned and ad hoc, to strengthen relationships and drive collaboration
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive program success
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure program success
  • Actively participate in and contribute to fostering and maintaining company culture
  • Provide extensive calendar management; coordinate complex meeting schedules for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Coordinate activities for leadership meetings including preparing/editing PowerPoint presentations, maintaining agendas, and action items
  • Support COO with various ad hoc projects
