Summary
Join Circ, a B Corp company pioneering textile recycling technology, as a Business Operations Associate. This entry-level role provides valuable experience supporting the Senior Leadership Team. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle communications, and provide research and presentation support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. You will report to the VP, People & Business Operations and be an integral member of the People Team. The role is based in the Eastern US time zone.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience (1 year considered if highly relevant), with exposure to high-level executive support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with C-suite executives
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; quick to learn new tools and software
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Process management mindset with the ability to handle complex tasks
- Adaptable, with a flexible approach and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Professionalism under pressure, with the ability to remain calm and effective under tight deadlines
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proximity to an airport for ease of travel, as needed (less than 10%)
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
- Assist with research and preparation of presentations/decks
- Screen and prioritize emails and other communications
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and materials
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items as needed
- Ensure executives are well prepared for meetings with relevant information and details
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries using an external travel booking system
- Process expense reports in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with special projects as needed, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
