Summary
Join Avicado as a Business Operations Coordinator and become a crucial support pillar for smooth and efficient daily operations. You will onboard, update, and offboard clients and projects, ensuring accurate processes for timely invoicing and reporting. Maintain internal data and systems, act as a point of contact for consultants, and support the finance department. Contribute to new project support, SOP refinement, and cross-departmental initiatives. This role requires experience with SOPs, onboarding processes, and finance departments, along with strong organizational skills. Requirements
- Experience following standard operating procedures (SOP) to streamline processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Experience running an onboarding process, such as new employees, clients, or projects
- Experience working in a finance department or with a finance department on either invoicing or weekly/monthly financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills so that tasks donβt fall through the cracks
Responsibilities
- Onboard, update, and offboard clients and their projects
- Create and maintain projects and clients in all of our internal systems (for example, our time tracking system)
- Maintain of our internal data set, which drives all of our operational processes and financial reports
- Be the internal point of contact when our consultants have question about their projects and clients
- Support our finance department as they leverage the data that we maintain
- Provide support on new projects
- Support cross-department initiatives, such as onboarding new employees
- Help refine new SOPs that help us reach operational excellence
- Support the rollout process for new initiatives so that we limit the friction when we implement them
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Professional Services (Consulting, Legal Services, Accounting & Auditing, Architecture & Engineering, Marketing & Advertising, Information Technology (IT) Services, Financial Services, etc.)
- Experience maintaining data quality in Excel
