Summary

The job is for a Business Operations Lead at Joko, a tech startup that offers shopping solutions. The role involves managing a team, building the future of the BizOps team, overseeing rituals, guiding software engineers, mentoring Program Managers, and participating in building Joko culture. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, comfort in a technical environment, autonomy, communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, efficiency, attention to details, fluency in English, and the ability to deliver on time with many stakeholders.

Requirements

• You have at least 5y of experience, in Product, Operations, Software Engineering, or Consulting
• You already managed a team in your previous experiences

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of rockstars, composed of both Program Managers and Software Engineers
• Actively participate in building the future of our BizOps team by attracting and hiring new talents
• Oversea all our BizOps rituals from quarterly OKRs to bi-weekly sprints
• Guide our Software Engineers to craft and implement a visionary roadmap for developing our internal tooling stack
• Mentor Program Managers through ambitious projects involving SaaS implementation or the transformation of processes

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus (but not required) if you have data analysis or software engineering technical skills
