Requirements

7+ years of experience, with recent experience leading and scaling the strategy & planning function with a technology startup company

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation projects that impact key internal aspects of the company, including operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and other corporate-level initiatives
• Address high-priority issues that impede company growth, focusing on people manager enablement, performance management, and other leadership-related challenges
• Dive into the operations of new business units to establish best practices and scale them from the growth stage to a more mature, steady state
• Enhance the rigor of both commercial and internal projects through thorough analysis, strategic methods, and polished execution
• Oversee and support the company-wide strategic planning process, ensuring alignment among key stakeholders on strategic priorities and implementation plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading direct and cross-functional teams on high-impact strategy projects
• Ability to solve complex business problems, build scalable processes, and ability to handle ambiguity
• Ability to establish solid relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, including fluency with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
