Summary

Requirements

  • At least seven years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-past startup environment
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with ability to both manage and be an individual contributor

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute on a variety of projects critical to the success of the business
  • Identify business inefficiencies and create execution plans to turn weaknesses into strengths
  • Manage and work closely with the Senior Operations Manager, building the roadmap for the operations department
  • Lead in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Drive long-term operational excellence, ensuring key projects have clear milestones, success measures, and operational plans
  • Be a liaison between departments in cross-functional projects
  • Effectively allocate resources and prioritize your own work, with strong day to day decision making
