Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a similar discipline or equivalent work experience
• 5 years + proven experience in strategy or operations role, preferably within a start-up or hyper growth environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
• Proven track record of implementing operational strategies that align with overall company objectives
• Data driven approach
• Customer-centric focus
• Knowledge of data tools, such as Tableau

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage end-to-end execution of key projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Develop detailed financial models and business cases to evaluate the viability and potential impact of strategic initiatives
• Foster strong partnerships across departments to drive alignment and achieve business goals. You’ll manage across dotted lines of tech and design for execution
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and threats
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, financial performance, and strategic recommendations to the executive team
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
