Summary
Join Pair Team as a Business Operations Manager and become the analytical backbone for multiple organizations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Operations, you will generate insights, implement new initiatives, and drive the organization towards ambitious growth targets. Collaborate with leadership to develop standard processes, dashboards, and reports, conduct financial and operational analysis, establish and monitor KPIs, and work with stakeholders on new pilots. You will also support the broader Business Operations team in areas such as provider credentialing, deal pursuit, CRM management, and financial reporting. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in business operations, consulting, investment banking, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and a proven record of diving deep, unearthing insights, and driving change
- Organized with high attention to detail
- High degree of ownership and self-starter mindset
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience working with data exploration and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and/or PowerBI
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with Operations leadership and the Director of BizOps to develop standard processes, dashboards, and reports to enable scale
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to support decision making
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate operational health and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with a variety of stakeholders in designing, implementing, and monitoring new pilots
- Support the broader Business Operations team in areas such as provider credentialing, deal pursuit, CRM management, and financial reporting
