Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop our team and help shape a thoughtful and high-performance team culture
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, support financial reporting, and liaise with accountants or external finance partners
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement; simplify processes and remove friction across the company
  • Take ownership of priority initiatives that help Reincubate grow β€” whether that’s launching new systems, optimising tools, or rolling out new ways of working
  • Keep records in good order and ensure we meet our regulatory and operational obligations
