Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Solution Manager or in a similar position in a Software House
  • Build positive relationships with clients and ensure high-quality services
  • Resolve clients' problems and drive optimal solutions
  • Gather and analyze clients' business needs
  • Translate client needs into actionable business solutions
  • Prepare offers and tender documentation (e.g., RFP, RFI) for clients interested in technological transformation, IT products, services or solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling offers
  • Present offers and negotiate terms with clients
  • Monitor the market, trends and competition to improve the company's tender strategy
  • Experience as a Business Analyst
  • Knowledge of the software development process and methodology
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional presentations and advising clients on IT solutions
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Willingness to travel for business trips occasionally
  • Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required

  • Foster evolution of the offering team and bidding process. Support the growth of the offering team and optimize the bidding process
  • Continuously refine and improve the offering process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
