Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically in business process improvement, automation, or related roles
  • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Proven experience managing projects, timelines, resources, and risks effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively bridge business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly understand and evaluate business processes and propose relevant agentic or automation solutions
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience and familiarity with agentic systems, AI-powered automation, and related technologies
  • Prior experience with Workato or similar integration and automation platforms
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum)

Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with various business units to deeply understand current processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement through agentic and automation technologies
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team in India, Costa Rica, and Israel ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion
  • Conduct and facilitate project status meetings, communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders, and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Perform light hands-on development and configuration tasks within the Workato platform to deliver straightforward automation solutions
