Summary
Join Navy Federal Credit Union, the world's largest credit union, as a Business Systems Analyst! This remote position focuses on Collection Technology Solutions, serving as the liaison between business partners and IT. You will document requirements, conduct system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT). Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business partners and ISD and/or select vendors
- Provide project support including documenting requirements/features
- Conduct system testing
- Coordinate UAT
- Resolve outages
- Provide production support for multiple applications (both on prem and hosted)
- Work with ISD and/or vendor support personnel to investigate and remediate system issues
- Manage workflows as the System Owner for major applications used by the Collections Department
