Responsibilities

  • Define sales and marketing objectives for your region or portfolio, aligning efforts with market trends and customer needs in medical devices and wearable technology industries
  • Identify new prospects in these innovative markets, build lasting relationships, and convert them into leads through strategic sales activities
  • Recruit and manage account-specific sales representatives, ensuring they can deliver exceptional results and drive growth in key sectors
  • Oversee project development from initiation to production ramp-up, collaborating with Account Managers and manufacturing partners to service existing accounts and ensure the successful delivery of products like Flex PCBs and Rigid-Flex circuits
  • Drive the pricing process, close deals, and consistently contribute to profitable growth in sales revenues, particularly in the medical and wearable device markets
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, leveraging all available company resources to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor competition, recommend changes in products, services, and policies, and maintain professional and technical knowledge to stay ahead in the evolving electronics manufacturing landscape
  • Identify and evaluate potential prospects to determine if they align with PICAโ€™s offerings. This includes leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, or your prospecting efforts
