Campaign Execution Specialist

Summary

The employer is seeking a Campaign Execution Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry. The candidate should have experience using CRM tools/campaigns, be passionate about sports, have good understanding of online gaming products, excellent communication skills, team working spirit, and fluency in both English and Portuguese. The role involves managing customer queries regarding promotions & bonuses, handling complaints, monitoring customer activity, providing accurate information about company's promotions, and delivering marketing campaigns using Optimove/Mailup/Locosms marketing tools. The candidate must be flexible to work on shift rotation 24/7.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
• Passion about sports and good understanding of online gaming products
• Excellent communication and a team working spirit
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese language
• Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7

Responsibilities

• Deal directly & manage effectively all customer queries regarding promotions & bonuses
• Handle complaints and provide solutions related to bonuses
• Monitor and evaluate the activity of customers
• Provide accurate information regarding company's promotions
• Deliver marketing campaigns (through Optimove/ Mailup/ Locosms marketing tools)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using CRM tools/campaigns is a plus
