Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or similar roles
- Youโre proficient in Marketo and Salesforce
- You have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Youโre an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including email building, segmentation, list processing, landing page creation, Salesforce and Marketo campaign creation, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets
- Set up campaign workflows, schedules, and automation processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials
- Manage marketing data including segmentation, list management, and database hygiene to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support onboarding and enablement of team members
