Summary

Join Goodnotes' Growth Marketing team as a CRM Specialist, executing multi-channel campaigns across various platforms. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or retention marketing, preferably across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, desktop/web)
  • Proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for campaign building and audience targeting
  • Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and experimentation within CRM tools
  • Ability to work with data β€” SQL proficiency is a strong plus for pulling and validating audience lists or campaign results
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable working across functions to get things done

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (e.g., email, push, in-app messages) from setup to deployment, QA, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with product marketers, local marketers, designers, and data analysts to deliver precise and engaging messaging
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and work with analytics teams to surface insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of CRM-related projects
  • Set up dashboards and reports to track channel and campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for formatting CRM messages (especially email and in-app)
