Join Storyblok's growing team as a Global Events & Marketing Campaigns Specialist, executing targeted strategies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts. You will collaborate with the Global Events team to enhance the events program across EMEA, developing and executing world-class events. Additionally, you will support Campaign Managers in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across 6Sense, webinars, and email nurtures. This role involves owning the global webinar strategy, building a plan to elevate Storyblok's webinar presence. You will also be responsible for measuring campaign performance and optimizing future campaigns based on data-driven insights. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in using 6Sense, webinar tools and email automation
- B2B marketing experience, with a focus on marketing professionals as a target audience
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, trends, and best practices
- Experience developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools
- Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for marketing and a genuine interest in understanding the needs of marketing professionals
- Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing communities
Responsibilities
- Work with our Global Events team to elevate our events program across EMEA and drive significant impact for the brand
- Help developing and executing world-class events that attract and engage our target audience, generate leads, and support our enterprise sales motion
- Create memorable experiences, build strong relationships, and measure event effectiveness
- Supporting the Campaigns Managers you will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across 6Sense, webinar and email nurtures focused on attracting and engaging marketing professionals
- Own the global webinar strategy from scratch, building a plan that will elevate us to the next level
- Develop strategic, influencer-led quarterly webinars that drive a big impact to our lead generation funnel across all campaigns
- Contribute to and execute a comprehensive global events strategy aligned with company objectives
- Help create an annual event calendar that outlines key events and their strategic goals
- Help conceptualize and design innovative and engaging event formats
- Support in managing event budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content and experiences
- Develop lead generation strategies for events, including pre-event marketing and on-site lead capture
- Align events with sales initiatives to support enterprise sales efforts
- Measure the impact of events on lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue
- Build a strong post-event strategy to ensure leads convert
- Be responsible for the whole webinar strategy at Storyblok
- Build out a regular quarterly cadence of webinars and utilise external influencers to help build attendance
- Support the Campaign Marketing Managers in developing and executing targeted webinar strategies across 6Sense, webinar and email nurtures focused on attracting and engaging marketing professionals
- Build and maintain the corporate webinar calendar in line with campaigns
- Activate pre and post webinar engagement activities across digital channels
- Collaborate closely with content teams to ensure webinar messaging aligns with the campaigns needs and interests
- Leverage the Forrester (SiriusDecisions) campaign hierarchy approach to structure and optimize campaigns
- Measure campaign performance and help optimize future campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable webinar processes that enable Storyblok to enhance their webinar presence
- Goal Setting; develop measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program or campaign
- Performance Measurement; monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimisations on a continuous basis
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing concepts, trends, and best practices
- Leverage marketing knowledge to create more effective campaigns that resonate with marketing professionals and address their specific needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing communities to ensure campaigns remain relevant and engaging
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing
- Experience in Forrester (Sirius Decisions) Campaign Framework
