Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing integrated campaigns from concept to execution
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, analytics tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns aligned with corporate objectives and audience insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify goals, target audiences, and key messages
- Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including content creation, channel selection, and budget allocation
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and PR teams to produce high-quality campaign assets
- Implement campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media platforms
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and inform future initiatives
- Use data insights to continuously optimize campaigns for better results
- Act as the primary point of contact for campaign-related activities, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external partners
- Present campaign plans, progress, and results to leadership and other stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and competitor strategies
- Incorporate innovative approaches to keep campaigns fresh and impactful
