Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, media buying, and ABM strategies
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, and search engine marketing
  • Strong generalist marketing background, comfortable owning campaigns but also flexible in supporting other areas as needed
  • Expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to measure the success of ABM campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is required; AppSec experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Reddit, search, and programmatic media, ensuring targeted engagement and conversion
  • Own the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial concept and execution to tracking performance, optimization, and detailed reporting
  • Collaborate closely with design, product marketing, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and the successful execution of campaigns
  • Work in partnership with sales and sales development teams to create 1:1 and 1:Few ABM campaigns. Develop a repeatable process for breaking in to new target accounts
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting
  • Provide support for various marketing operations and ad-hoc projects, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration across departments
  • Advise the demand generation team on strategies to improve conversion rates and actively contribute to A/B testing for web performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously optimize campaigns by refining creative assets, messaging, and targeting strategies to drive consistent improvement
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices, with a particular focus on cybersecurity and Application Security (AppSec), to maintain cutting-edge campaign strategies
