Summary

VivSoft is seeking a Capture Manager to lead business development activities, identify and secure new opportunities within Federal Civilian or DoD agencies, build customer relationships, and shape compelling proposals. The role requires excellent consulting skills, accountability, self-starting abilities, and influence over outcomes.

Requirements

• Excellent Cradle to Grave BD track record in the GovCon space
• Application and/or infrastructure engineering background
• Proven access to and relationships within customer ecosystems
• Excellent consulting skills are essential
• Accountable, self-starter, and excellent time management skills; direct supervision skills
• Ability to influence, negotiate and close

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact business development activities
• Identify, qualify, and capture programs/projects within Federal Civilian agencies
• Develop our growth with existing customers and mine new accounts
• Opportunity qualification and analysis; convincing bid strategy, opportunity positioning activities; teaming strategy; competitive analysis; and proposal strategy, preparation, and submittal
• Develop and execute customer-specific pipelines and beyond leveraging our current emerging tech work
