  • Manage the logistics of care
  • Build strong relationships with families
  • Prioritize families' unique care needs
  • Develop comprehensive care plans
  • Oversee the ongoing needs of families
  • Coordinate medical appointments
  • Research providers

  • Manage medical bills
  • Assist with insurance and facility vetting
  • Ensure seamless, high-quality service in collaboration with Care Advisers
  • Execute care-related tasks with precision and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare, social work, mental health, or care management
  • Experience navigating insurance, medical billing, or caregiving logistics
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
