Summary

Join Del Oro Consulting as a Change Manager consultant to support critical initiatives within our client’s Finance organization. You will develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering employee engagement. This is a 4-6 month contract with the possibility of extension, working remotely. Responsibilities include supporting the Change Management Lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing stakeholder communications, and creating training materials. You will also gauge employee sentiment, measure change effectiveness, and provide ongoing support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Change Management, particularly with large cross-functional technology/ERP programs, and experience developing and executing communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives for large cross-functional technology/ERP Programs
  • High-Tech Experience
  • Agile and comfortable plugging in across different projects/activities across the program when necessary
  • Flexibility and the ability to be proactive using previous change management experience to work independently and as a team
  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies (Executive communications experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Change Management Lead by executing current initiatives in place and contribute ideas to upcoming change initiatives as appropriate
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build program awareness, communications, and employee engagement
  • Develop stakeholder communications and strategically plan releases
  • Collaborate on the training and enablement materials including quick guides and instructor-led training materials
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Regularly gauge employee sentiment and engagement levels through surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms
  • Ensure that employee training is accessible, relevant, and effective
  • Measure the post-implementation change effectiveness by tracking key metrics and gathering feedback
  • Provide ongoing support to teams and individuals as needed to ensure smooth adoption
