Summary

Join Blackpoint Cyber as a Channel Account Executive and drive revenue growth by engaging with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, understand their cybersecurity challenges, and position Blackpoint's solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting new MSP clients, conducting product trials, collaborating with internal teams on sales pitches, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, staying updated on industry trends, and sharing feedback with product and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales experience in cybersecurity or managed services, strong communication and presentation skills, a results-driven mindset, proficiency in CRM tools, and a willingness to travel. Requirements

  • Approximately 4+ years of sales experience in either Cybersecurity or Managed Services
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Results-driven mindset, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (we use HubSpot) and other sales software
  • Willingness and ability to travel for field sales activities

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and initiate contact with net new MSP clients, engaging in consultative discussions to understand their cybersecurity pain points and business requirements
  • Develop a strong network of relationships with MSPs, serving as their initial primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Conduct product trials and proof-of-concepts, effectively showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of each MSP
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing relationships with MSPs
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
  • Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies
