Summary
Join Blackpoint Cyber, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Channel Account Executive and drive revenue growth by engaging with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, understand their cybersecurity needs, and position Blackpoint's solutions. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting product trials, collaborating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience in cybersecurity or managed services, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. Blackpoint offers competitive benefits.
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of sales experience in either cybersecurity or Managed Services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (we use HubSpot) and other sales software
- Willingness and ability to travel for field sales activities
Responsibilities
- Prospect and initiate contact with net new MSP clients, engaging in consultative discussions to understand their cybersecurity pain points and business requirements
- Develop a strong network of relationships with MSPs, serving as their initial primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Conduct product trials and proof-of-concepts, effectively showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of each MSP
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing relationships with MSPs
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies
