Based remotely on the East Coast, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through B2B channel partners. Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in IT/software
  • Strong track record in sales team development and management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Customer-focused and a strong team player
  • Willing to travel (up to 20%)
  • Background in AEC and/or M&E industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through channel partners (B2B)
  • Develop and implement annual channel sales plans aligned with company strategy
  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring productive collaboration
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners
  • Provide sales training and motivation to partner sales teams
  • Act as the primary contact for managed accounts
  • Oversee partner agreements and ensure compliance
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, finance, support) to support partner success
  • Forecast sales performance and maintain CRM records
  • Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and develop new channel opportunities
  • Participate in key account sales, co-selling, and partner events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading local market efforts
  • Familiarity with software licensing models and sales practices
  • Knowledge of CAD, 3D design, or visualization tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI)
  • Familiarity with order processing and delivery systems
