Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or a related field
- Familiarity with PRM platforms or similar software
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Onboard new partners and partner users to the PRM and provide training on its features and functionalities
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding portal-related inquiries and issues
- Set up and maintain partner journeys
- Help track and manage partner certifications and compliance requirements
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (partner managers, enablement, product and partner marketing) to manage content and campaigns
- Manage channel leads process end-to-end: track lead-to-opportunity linking is correct, ensure adherence to rules of engagement, handle exceptions and document approvals, and validate commission levels
- Generate and analyze reports on partner performance and engagement using the PRM platform
- Contribute to the development and implementation of channel operations processes and best practices to improve partner experience and operational efficiency
