Scale Grammarly's customer sales and success objectives by recruiting and engaging top-tier Resellers and Global and Regional System Integrators. Utilize solution-based selling techniques to strategically recruit partners, reducing activation time and increasing mutual business impact. Develop a business case-driven activation plan in collaboration with various teams. Drive exceptional sales growth through effective leadership, strong partnerships, and a well-planned go-to-market strategy. Clearly define and communicate a strategic vision, lead and mentor a team, and engage with major partners to stimulate revenue growth. Create comprehensive joint business cases and launch a cohesive Go-To-Market strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Partner Sales

- Has proven ability to define, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape. Experienced in working closely with channel partners

- Proactively seeks opportunities to initiate change and positively disrupt the status quo

Responsibilities
- Scale Grammarly's customer sales and success objectives in the APAC market through the recruitment and engagement of top-tier Resellers and Global and Regional System Integrators
- Utilize solution-based selling techniques to strategically recruit suitable partners, resulting in reduced activation time and increased mutual business impact
- Develop a business case-driven activation plan in collaboration with solution architects, partner marketing managers, and other supporting teams
- Drive exceptional sales growth by demonstrating effective leadership, building strong partnerships, and executing a well-planned go-to-market strategy for market growth and expansion
- Clearly define and communicate a strategic vision by territory, encompassing funnel/account/territory status, resource needs, challenges, and achievements
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of frontline Partner Sales and Solution Sales Executives to exceed sales targets for Grammarly. Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Engage effectively with major partners and prospects to stimulate revenue growth and ensure success
- Create comprehensive and compelling long-term joint business cases in partnership with approved Resellers, Service Providers, and System Integrators
- Launch a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to generate a partner-influenced pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional team members
