Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in beauty industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales potential
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast sales performance and develop actionable insights to improve channel effectiveness
  • Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging, promotions, and product offerings
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, providing feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvement
  • Prepare regular reports on channel performance, sales metrics, and partner activities for management review
