Summary

The job involves designing, developing, and managing chatbots for customer support and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 3 years of experience, proficiency in scripting and coding for chatbot development, and experience with chatbot platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson. The role requires high-speed internet, a dual-core processor, and a professional home office setup.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience with strong online portfolio
• Proficiency in scripting and coding for chatbot development (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson
• Understanding of cloud computing and deployment strategies for chatbots

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage chatbots for customer support and lead generation
• Implement scripting and coding to create chatbot interactions that align with business goals
• Monitor and manage chatbot content, updates, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Maintain documentation of chatbot development processes and configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training or guide team members on chatbot management
