• Minimum of 3 years experience with strong online portfolio
• Proficiency in scripting and coding for chatbot development (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson
• Understanding of cloud computing and deployment strategies for chatbots
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology trends and learn new tools and techniques as needed

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage chatbots for customer support and lead generation
• Implement scripting and coding to create chatbot interactions that align with business goals
• Monitor and Manage chatbot content, updates, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Maintain documentation of chatbot development processes and configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training or guide team members on chatbot management
