Requirements
- Ability to work 1-2 days a week in the San Francisco office
- 10+ years of leadership experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a Chief of Staff role
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally in a corporate, technology, or global operations setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong ability to work with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive company-wide initiatives
- Deep understanding of revenue forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and profitability optimization
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with business goals
- Ability to lead through change, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new initiatives
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Basic technical skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in standard business applications (i.e., MS Word and Excel; Web, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO ensuring business strategies align with company objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and oversee the execution of long-term strategic initiatives, integrating corporate vision with operational execution
- Develop and oversee strategic planning processes, supporting annual and quarterly business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Monitor key business metrics, market trends, and organizational performance to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
- Identify operational inefficiencies, revenue risks, and strategic gaps, implementing proactive measures for business continuity
- Partner on pricing strategies, financial modeling, and new revenue channel development, collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Product teams
- Optimize internal operations through automation, analytics, and technology
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and agility while ensuring alignment across teams to maintain operational excellence
- Align business operations with marketing, product, and sales strategies to maximize customer engagement and market impact
- Drive integrated strategies that enhance brand positioning, optimize resource allocation, and deliver measurable business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant advanced degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field preferred
