Summary

Join nXscale as a Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant and provide high-level strategic support to the C-suite leadership. This role requires 5+ years of experience in executive support or strategic operations. You will drive strategic initiatives, support executive decision-making, and act as a force multiplier for the executive team. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, management consulting, or business leadership role supporting executive leadership
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and communication skills—able to go deep on data, yet simplify complexity for clarity and action
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills—you lead through influence, not authority
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team, ensuring accountability, alignment, and timely delivery
  • Support Executive Decision-Making: Provide critical thinking, analysis, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions. Prepare briefing documents, business cases, and presentation materials
  • Act as a Force Multiplier: Amplify the executive’s capacity by streamlining operations, managing priorities, and proactively solving problems before they escalate
  • Own Internal Communication: Craft and coordinate executive communications, town halls, leadership updates, and company-wide announcements
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across departments to ensure visibility, alignment, and seamless execution of strategic objectives
  • Board and Stakeholder Engagement: Help prepare materials and coordinate communication with board members, investors, and key external partners
  • Operational Planning: Partner with functional leaders on annual planning, goal setting (e.g., OKRs), and performance tracking
  • Manage the Executive Office: Oversee systems and workflows that support the executive, including calendar optimization, high-impact meeting planning, and delegation of follow-ups where appropriate
  • Represent the Executive Externally: Act as the client’s representative in key meetings and external engagements, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment, trust, and effective collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Slack, and data/BI tools is a plus
